We aim for 99.99% uptime and high availability. However, we may occasionally suspend or limit services for maintenance, security, or legal compliance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of such interruptions.

EngageFast allows embedding of third-party services such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity. By using these integrations, you agree to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for issues arising from third-party tools.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time. Termination does not exempt you from outstanding fees, if applicable.

We follow GDPR guidelines for the processing and protection of personal data. Users from the EU can access, update, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting us.

EngageFast is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
